ÜBER MEINE BILDER
In meinen Portraits suche ich nicht das makellose Äußere, sondern das Echo der Seele. Öl und Struktur, Schicht für Schicht, werden zu einem Raum für Emotion, Erinnerung und Echtheit.
Sie zeigen Verletzlichkeit bewusst als Gegenentwurf zur optimierten Hochglanzwelt, roh und ehrlich.
Viele meiner Bilder entstehen zwischen Pixel, Pinsel und Pigment. Prozesshaft entwickeln sie sich, oft nach einem digital erstellten Entwurf, wechselnd zwischen subtiler Genauigkeit und zufälligem intuitiv, großflächig Geschüttetem. Dieses Wechselspiel der Herangehensweisen machen für mich die Spannung aus.
